Welcome to StepsTopWay.best. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform offering guided routines, digital courses, and merchandise. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to comply with these Terms. The effective date is January 1, 2025.

1. Service Overview

StepsTopWay provides professional guidance for daily routines, educational materials in digital format, and branded physical items. All services and materials are offered subject to these Terms.

2. User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information during sign-up, respect intellectual property, and refrain from any unlawful or abusive use of our offerings.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees for services, digital materials, and goods are listed on StepsTopWay.best and are payable at the time of purchase. Price details are subject to change with notice.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement of service fees may be submitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Approved reimbursements will be processed as credits to the original payment method within 14 business days. It may be possible to reschedule a session once, subject to trainer availability. No reimbursement is available for sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance, due to the commitment of our team and reserved time slots.

4.2 Digital Materials

For digital courses and guides, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Once approved, the reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. No exchanges are offered for digital items.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical products may be exchanged or reimbursed within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item sent back. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for reimbursement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by StepsTopWay are the property of StepsTopWay and are protected by applicable laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute without prior consent.

6. Liability

StepsTopWay is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or item.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict provisions.
